A Self-Love Masterclass designed to explore the relationship we have with ourselves. On Tuesday, December 17th, we are going to meet virtually and take a look at our stuff. You heard correctly. I've created this event because self-love has been my BIGGEST hurdle, and there was a time when I let others define me, and I forgot who I was. I eventually realized while working with a coach that the only person that can give me what I need is me. Finally, I started to go after what I wanted. I'd be called horrible names, and I began to believe that they were true. My relationships reflected my inherited beliefs, and I treated myself like crap leaving me depleted, angry and unfulfilled. It's time to learn how to love yourself again and love the parts of you that are often hard to accept. I encourage you to be open-minded and emotionally available if you choose to join us.
