The activities are 7-minute rotations and should take less than 25 minutes to move through.
We are excited to offer Performance Stations at the 2025 Bocce Regional!
Performance Stations are events held at, or near, the field of play at Special Olympics Northern California sports competitions. They are designed to educate and activate athletes and their supporters in the tenets of nutrition, hydration, physical activity, game day mindset, and competition readiness.
Activity topics at Fresno Bocce may include: hydration, mental health, physical activity, and competition readiness.

We partner with healthcare professionals, fitness experts and local universities to provide free year-round programs and resources catered specifically to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Health & Wellness also tackles the disparities faced by people with intellectual disabilities in the healthcare system by engaging our athletes and advocating within hospitals, government organizations, universities and more.
Whether it’s free health screenings, inclusive fitness seasons, virtual programs, diet and nutrition education, or social and behavioral activities, we’re here to help all athletes be the healthiest version of themselves.
