Our Technology curriculum plays an important role in supporting learners' ability to understand and thrive in an innovative digital world.
Technology has three strands which include practice, knowledge and the nature of technology. It is through these strands we learn to plan, design, test and evaluate.
Technology is intervention by design and our approach is based on practical experience, often taught as an integrated unit alongside other curriculum areas.
Through carefully planned lessons, interactive activities and hands-on learning exploration learners build their understanding of the underlying principles and processes involved in technology. By actively participating in technological learning, our learners develop the skills to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
