Our Physical and Health Education program promotes physical fitness, overall health and well-being, which are vital to our learners' growth and success.
Our inclusive curriculum ensures all learners can access and benefit from diverse learning experiences. Activities may include water sports, modified games, ball skills, PMP, and purposeful EOTC events, all tailored to enhance student engagement and enjoyment.
The Healthy Active Learning approach promotes healthy eating, drinking, play, physical activity, personal growth, and relationships.
Our programme also collaborates closely with local clubs and agencies to explore opportunities within our community.
By incorporating regular PE and Health education into the curriculum, learners learn how to lead healthy and active lives.
