New Student Registration
is a Three-Step Process...
Please note that all student registration information must be submitted digitally!
STEP ONE:
On-line Registration

STEP TWO:
Proof of Residency & Birth Cert.
The following documents will need to be uploaded upon receipt of the "Somers Enrollment" Email. This email will contain directions on how to set up a Power School Account to complete the enrollment process.
For proof of your child's identity, please upload the following:
Student's birth certificate
For proof of Parent/Guardian's identity, one (1) of the following:
Current driver's license
Current State of CT issued ID
Current passport
Current Permanent Resident Alien Card
For proof of Somers residency, one (1) of the following:
Rental Agreement showing tenant’s full name(s) and physical Somers address.
Signed lease agreement; warranty deed or mortgage deed or certificate of occupancy showing resident’s name(s) and physical Somers address.
Current gas, water or electric bill showing resident’s name(s) and physical Somers address.

STEP THREE:
Medical Documentation
Medical clearance must be obtained prior to the first day of in-person school in order to attend.
These documents can be uploaded once you have created a Power School Account (see registration Step Two).
If you are transferring to Somers from out of state, you must have a physical exam completed locally within 30 days from starting school.
The following is required to obtain medical clearance:
A Current Physical (within 13 months)
A Copy of Student's Immunization Records
A Completed Health Assessment Form

*Parents/guardians can have their child's health care provider send the medical information via fax to the attention of the Nursing Office.
Parents/guardians will be contacted directly if there are any questions or concerns about the medical information submitted.
