Please Note - 

• Anyone other than the author who wants to attend the conference can register as Attendee.

• Payment can be done only after the notification of Acceptance of the paper.

• After receiving acceptance mail from IEEE-ICAST-2023, make the payment to the above account.

• Details of payment should be entered in the form (provide UTR details along with Account number and other detail).

• Email NEFT Payment Reference No. and Transaction Photocopy Receipts generated by bank with remark as ‘IEEE-ICAST-2023’ 

For Authors :

• It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conference and present the paper. Accepted papers will be published only if at least one author registers for the conference at the full rate of the corresponding category, before the deadline. 

• If the team members wish only to participate, they may register as attendees. 

• Those who are presenting more than one paper will have to register separately for each paper.

• Only registered authors can present the paper. 

• The permissible length of the research paper is Six pages. Additional charges will be applicable if the number of pages exceeds the given limit. A maximum of Two pages can be added at additional cost per page.  Taking extra pages into consideration, the length of the research paper should be a maximum of Eight pages. 

• Research papers with more than 8 pages will Not be the part of Review process.

• If the submitted paper plagiarism is more than a certain percentage, the paper will be desktop rejected.

• If any charges are levied by the journal or the publisher as Publication fee, it has to be borne by the author.

• Only the accepted , registered, transfer of eCF (IEEE Electronic Copyright Form) and papers having less than 15% similarity using the IEEE plagiarism detection tool, CrossCheck,  will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library - ICAST-2023 conference proceedings.

• Copyright Form : Every registered author needs to fill out the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF).
