Guided Reading Stations through Google Classroom

Guided Reading is a crucial part of our daily classrooms from Kindergarten through 6th grade. As we transition into a new school year, like never before, it is imperative we continue to monitor and support our students’ growth in reading fluency. In this session we will discuss the fundamentals of Guided Reading along with grouping students and creating engaging and effective activities for students to support and ensure they continue to develop as strong readers.

Scaffolding Strategies for Content Literacy in F2F and Google Classroom (Middle and High School)

Differentiation consists of the efforts of teachers to respond to variance among learners in the classroom. The four elements to differentiate are environment, content, process, and products.

Data and scaffolding strategies inform the pedagogical decisions for both teacher presentation and student acquisition.  We will share instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners including ELLs and SWDs.
