# Privacy Policy — Subscription Desk

This Privacy Policy explains how SoluLabAppsGames ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Subscription Desk (the "App") — App name: Subscription Desk; package name: com.solulab.subscriptiondesk. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Summary (plain language)
- **What the App does:** Subscription Desk helps you track, manage, and monitor your active subscriptions and recurring charges. The App sends you reminders before payments are due, helping you stay aware of your subscription costs and enabling you to make informed decisions about your financial commitments.
- **Local-first behavior:** Most of your subscription data remains on your device unless you choose to sign in, enable cloud sync, or use account-based features.
- **Optional cloud features:** If you create an account or enable cloud sync, your subscription records, payment history, reminders, and preferences may be uploaded to our servers to enable backups, cross-device access, and account features.
- **AI processing:** The App may optionally use server-side AI assistance to analyze your subscription patterns or provide personalized recommendations; only the minimal data needed for a request is transmitted and not retained long-term, except as noted below.
- **No ads / no advertising identifiers:** The App does not display third-party advertising and does not collect advertising identifiers for targeting.
- **We do not sell your personal information.**
## 2. Information stored locally (not sent unless you choose)
- By default, subscription entries, payment reminders, billing notes, spending analysis, and device-only settings are stored locally on your device.
- **Local-only mode:** Before signing in or enabling sync, your data remains local and is not uploaded to our servers.
- **Removing local data:** Clearing app data or uninstalling the App removes local content stored on your device (subject to device backup behaviors you control).
## 3. Information uploaded when you opt in / sign in
- If you sign in or enable cloud sync, we may store your subscription records, payment history, reminders, connected account metadata, and profile information on our servers to provide backups and cross-device access.
- **Account and billing:** If we offer paid features or subscriptions, we may use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments. Payment processors handle billing information; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- **Minimal identifiers:** Server-stored accounts typically include an account identifier (email or provider ID), display name, preferences, and the subscription data you choose to sync.
## 4. AI processing and transient transmissions
- When you opt into AI-powered features (such as subscription analysis or recommendations), the App may send only the minimal subscription data required for the requested analysis to our secure server endpoint. That server may forward the request to an AI provider and return the response to the App.
- **Retention:** We do not retain subscription data sent for AI processing longer than necessary to fulfill the request and short-term troubleshooting, unless you explicitly save that analysis to your account or enable sync.
- **Encryption:** All transmissions are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
## 5. Notification and location data
- **Push notifications:** Subscription Desk may send you reminders about upcoming subscription charges. These notifications are sent based on your subscription entries and reminder preferences stored locally or on your synced account.
- **Location data:** The App does not require or collect location data for its core functionality.
## 6. No advertising
- Subscription Desk does not serve third-party ads.
- We do not use advertising identifiers to target ads.
## 7. Children's privacy
- The App is intended for users 18 years or older.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact admin@solulab.com and we will take appropriate steps (including deletion) where required.
## 8. Security
- **Local storage:** Local data is stored using the device's standard app storage mechanisms and any platform-recommended secure storage when applicable.
- **Server-side security:** If you enable cloud sync, server-stored data is protected using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest where supported.
- **Reasonable measures:** We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
## 9. Your choices and rights
- **Local control:** You can edit or delete local subscription entries, payment records, reminders, and notes in the App at any time; uninstalling the App deletes local data on the device.
- **Cloud control:** If you have an account, you can request export or deletion of your server-stored data by contacting admin@solulab.com.
- **AI opt-out:** You may choose not to use AI-powered features that send content for remote processing.
- **Notification control:** You can enable, disable, or modify reminder notifications through the App settings.
- **Legal rights:** Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). Contact admin@solulab.com to exercise these rights.
## 10. Data retention
- **Local retention:** Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App (subject to device backups).
- **Transient AI data:** Data sent for AI requests is retained only as needed for processing and short-term troubleshooting, and then deleted per our retention practices.
- **Server retention:** Server-stored user data (when you enable sync) is retained until you delete it or close your account; we may retain aggregated or anonymized logs for analytics and product improvement.
## 11. Third-party services
- **AI providers:** We may use OpenAI or other AI model providers for optional AI features; their processing and retention are governed by their respective policies.
- **Cloud services:** We may use Supabase, Firebase, or similar services for authentication, storage, and database when cloud sync is enabled.
- **Payment processors:** If applicable, we use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for billing.
- **Notification services:** We may use Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar services to deliver push notifications.
- We will update this policy if we add other third-party services; we will list key providers where relevant.
