# Privacy Policy — Mira

This Privacy Policy explains how SoluLabAppsGames ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Mira (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Summary (in plain language)
- Mira does not require an account, sign-up, or login.
- Everything you enter — your birth details, journal entries, tags, and pattern history — is stored only on your device. We do not upload it and we cannot see it.
- Mira may use a secure server-side AI proxy to generate prompts, tag suggestions, and summaries. The text required for that processing is sent only as needed and is not stored persistently by us.
- The App does not display advertising and does not collect advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell your personal information.
## 2. Information stored on your device (not collected by us)
When you use Mira, you may enter:
- Birth details: your birth date, birth time, and birth place.
- Reflective preferences: your chosen daily reminder/reflection time.
- Journal content: the entries you write in the app.
- Tag data: mood and theme tags suggested for your entries.
- Pattern and summary data: locally generated pattern reflections, monthly letters, and history entries.
All of this is stored locally on your device using the device's standard app storage, so the App can function. This information is never transmitted to us or to any external server for storage, and we have no access to it. If you uninstall the App, or use "Clear all data" inside the App, this information is permanently removed from your device.
Mira builds prompts, tags, and summaries using on-device logic and, where needed, secure server-side AI processing. The App does not send your journal entries to any external service for permanent storage.
## 3. Information transmitted for AI processing
To power features like guided prompts, suggested tags, and pattern summaries, Mira may send the minimal text required for those features to our secure server endpoint. That server then forwards the request to the AI provider. Your journal content and tags are not retained on our servers beyond the immediate processing need.
We do not create a server-side account or store your personal journal data on a backend database. The only information that is transmitted outside your device is the specific content required to generate the requested AI output, and that transmission is encrypted.
## 4. No advertising
Mira does not show ads. The App does not use third-party advertising networks or advertising identifiers for the purpose of serving ads.
## 5. Children's privacy
Mira is intended for users 18 years of age and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us at admin@solulab.com and we will take appropriate action.
## 6. How your data is protected
- Your birth details, entries, tags, and summaries remain on your device.
- Any network communication for AI processing uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Because we do not host your journal content on our servers, there is no server-side account or database containing your personal journal data.
## 7. Your choices and rights
- Access, edit, and delete: You control all your data directly in the App. Edit or remove entries and tags at any time, or use "Clear all data" to remove everything. Uninstalling the App also deletes locally stored data.
- AI processing: If you prefer not to use AI-powered prompts or summaries, you can choose not to trigger those features.
- Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK or California), you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, or objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@solulab.com.
## 8. Data retention
Information you enter is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Any data transmitted for AI processing is used only for the specific request and is not retained by us beyond the processing operation.
## 9. Third-party services
The App may use the following third-party service for AI processing:
- OpenAI / AI service provider — governed by the provider's own privacy and data use policies
If the App begins using additional third-party services, we will update this policy accordingly.
## 10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
