This Privacy Policy explains how SoluLabAppsGames ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Expiry (the "App") — App name: Expiry; package name: com.solulab.expirytracker. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Summary
- Expiry helps users scan product packaging, receipts, or documents to identify expiry dates and manage reminders.
- Most processing happens on your device. The App may access your camera to read expiry information from a document or label.
- The app does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- If you use paid Pro features, subscription billing is handled by the app store or payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- If you create an account or enable cloud sync, limited data may be stored on our servers to support backups, sync, and account features.
2. Information stored locally
- Expiry may store local data such as product names, expiry dates, notes, reminder settings, and app preferences on your device.
- Camera access is used only to capture an image or document needed to detect expiry information.
- The image is processed at the time of use and is not retained long-term unless you explicitly choose to save or sync it.
- Clearing app data or uninstalling the App removes local content stored on the device.
3. Information we may collect
- Device and app information: device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic information.
- Usage information: feature usage statistics, settings, notification preferences, and performance-related data.
- Subscription and account data: if you purchase a Pro subscription or use account-based features, we may store minimal records needed to manage access and sync.
- Payment information: billing is handled by Google Play or other authorized payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
4. Camera and document processing
- To identify expiry dates from packaging or documents, the App may request camera access.
- The captured image is used only to extract the information needed for expiry detection.
- We do not use the image for unrelated purposes and do not retain it as part of normal app operation unless you choose to save it within the App or enable cloud sync.
- Any transmission of data to remote services is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit where applicable.
5. Pro subscription and purchases
- Certain features may require a paid Pro subscription.
- Subscription purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or another authorized payment provider.
- Subscription status and entitlement data may be shared with the billing platform to validate access to premium features.
- We do not store full payment credentials or card numbers.
6. No advertising
- Expiry does not serve third-party ads.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or track you for ad targeting.
7. Children’s privacy
- The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child’s information is discovered, we will delete it promptly upon notice.
8. Security
- Local data is stored using the device’s standard app storage mechanisms.
- If account or cloud features are enabled, server-side data is protected using reasonable industry-standard security safeguards.
- We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely immune to security risks.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can delete local records, notes, and reminder data in the App at any time.
- You can choose not to create an account or enable cloud sync.

- Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights such as access, deletion, portability, or objection to processing.
10. Data retention
- Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Temporary logs and diagnostic information are retained only as needed for troubleshooting, security, or legal compliance.
- Server-stored data is retained only as long as required for account, sync, or operational purposes, unless you request deletion.
11. Third-party services
- Google Play Billing for purchases and subscriptions
- RevenueCat or similar tools for subscription entitlement management (if used)
- Cloud or authentication providers for account and sync features (if enabled)
- Other service providers only where necessary for functionality, security, or analytics
We do not sell your personal information.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
- Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date.
- Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
