Our mission is to help active women and their families find relief from chronic pain so they may be present for the ones they love.
Each Physiotherapist applies their knowledge of anatomy, movement and pain science through use of manual techniques. They create an individualized plan for you to implement as you physically challenge and support your body to create strength and resilience.
Some techniques used: Mckenzie Method, Gillespie Approach, Mulligan Techniques, Maitland Concept and Osteopathic techniques (Travell Trigger Point, Counterstrain and Craniosacral)
Osteopathic Medicine was pioneered by A.T. Still who believed that the Musculoskeletal system was a key part of health, and that manipulation could help return the body to health.
