In order for your child to participate in a Solon Middle School or Solon High School sport you must have an updated physical on file in your school’s athletic department.

 SOLON HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Drop off at Solon High School's main office between 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Summer Hours)

Email your physical to joycecardinale@solonboe.org (Please put STUDENT ATHLETIC PHYSICAL FORM - STUDENT NAME/SPORT in the subject line); or

Mail to Solon High School, Athletic Department, 33600 Inwood Rd., Solon, OH  44139
