My Philosophies for Failure and Growth Mindset
A growth mindset is a belief that a person’s abilities and intelligence can develop through practice, effort, and perseverance. People with this mindset believe “the sky’s the limit” for what a person can accomplish.
A fixed mindset is the belief that predetermined intelligence and talent alone will lead to success. People with this mindset believe that you are either born with it or not, that these things cannot be developed or improved upon.
