PBL will be used as a learning strategy in all subjects except for Common Core Math (Problem-Based Learning).
There will be a lot of projects where we will build and make posters, dioramas, mini-books, etc. on different topics in Science, History and Literature. Some of these will be constructed in class and some are done at home.
Please keep an eye out for possible useful supplies - paint, cardboard, tape, toilet paper roll, wood, cotton, beans, etc.

Aprendizaje en Base a Proyectos
PBL se utilizará como estrategia de aprendizaje en todas las materias, excepto en Matemáticas básicas comunes (aprendizaje basado en problemas).
Habrá muchos proyectos donde construiremos y realizaremos carteles, dioramas, mini-libros, etc. sobre diferentes temas de Ciencia, Historia y Literatura. Algunos de estos se construirán en clase y otros se harán en casa.
Esté atento a posibles suministros útiles: pintura, cartón, cinta, rollo de papel higiénico, madera, algodón, frijoles, etc.
We will always remind our fabulous brains that mistakes are amazing opportunities to learn and master skills in school and in life.
Social-Emotional Learning is the most important aspect of our quest to find our place in this world. Mental health will definitely be a focus this year.
