SALON FREEDOM WELCOMES ACCOMPLISHED FINANCIAL LEADER AS NEW CFO & CONTROLLER

Boulder, CO, August 17, 2023 – Salon Freedom Holdings, LLC (“Salon Freedom”), the fastest-growing and largest operator of franchised Sola Salon Studios locations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Colleen Pecore as its new Chief Financial Officer and Controller. With an impressive track record in financial management and a deep understanding of multi-unit franchise operations, Pecore is poised to play a pivotal role in driving Salon Freedom's continued growth and success.

Colleen Pecore brings a wealth of experience as a finance executive spanning over 10 years in financial leadership roles. Her expertise includes multi-unit finance strategy and accounting, FP&A, and mergers and acquisitions, making her an ideal fit to enhance the effectiveness of Salon Freedom’s operations while guiding it through its next phase of strategic expansion.

Colleen most recently served as CFO at Manna Capital Partners and Bluegrass Restaurant Holdings, consisting of 200+ operating units including multi-unit operating companies in the restaurant and retail sectors such as Panera Bread, Pizza Hut locations, and the Ole Times Country Buffet and BBQ concept. There she implemented many processes to improve profitability and operational efficiencies and controls while creating financial models, supporting acquisition efforts, and providing regulatory compliance oversight.

Prior to that, Colleen spent 7 years at YUM! Brands holding various accounting, finance, and development positions.  She began her career as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit function.  Colleen is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a BS in accounting from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Indiana University.

Salon Freedom is confident that Pecore will play a vital role in the company's journey, contributing to both short-term financial goals and long-term strategic initiatives.
