Welcome to Solar Oregon's Annual Go Zero! Home Tour

Did you know that residential buildings account for nearly 25% of all energy usage in Oregon? Zero energy homes change the equation by producing enough renewable electricity to meet their entire annual consumption. By combining energy-efficient design with solar power, these homes are healthier, quieter, more comfortable, and significantly more affordable to run. Getting started is easier than you think, and we're here to help you take the next step!

Join us on Saturday October 3rd between 1 and 4 pm to...

• Visit and tour four energy efficient homes in Portland or one home in Salem

• View their setups including solar, battery storage, heat pumps, EVs, & more!

• Meet the homeowners and hear their experiences

• Discover the value that energy efficiency provides!

Afterward from 3 - 5 PM, visit us at Hi-Top Tavern in Portland for a Happy Hour featuring free food and videos of four other "going net-zero" homes across the state!

This event is part of Sustainable Building Week and is made possible by our title sponsor, Energy Trust of Oregon.
