The first annual Kansai Math Olympics was held in 2022, at Senri & Osaka International Schools.
The event ran from May 20th to May 21st.
Participating schools included Senri & Osaka International Schools, Marist Brothers International School, Canadian Academy, Osaka YMCA International School, and Doshisha International School, Kyoto.
Day 1 consisted of more math-heavy rounds, where students were tested their mathematic abilities individually and in their school teams.
Day 2 consisted of math-heavy rounds plus a fun scavenger hunt, where students collaborated with students from other schools to solve puzzles (some math-related, some not).

The second annual Kansai Math Olympics was held in 2024, at Senri & Osaka International Schools in partnership with Marist Brothers International School.
The event ran from April 5th to April 6th.
Participating schools included Senri & Osaka International Schools, Marist Brothers International School, and Osaka YMCA International School.
Day 1 consisted of more math-heavy rounds, where students were tested their mathematic abilities individually and in their school teams.
Day 2 consisted of math-heavy rounds plus a number making activity, where students collaborated with students from other schools to create numbers with the given numbers and symbols.
