Steps to follow:
The worker must carefully read the support material.
The worker must answer the evaluation and achieve a score of 10/10.
You must download Induction Registration and complete all the fields of the document:
Date (Must coincide with the day the worker carried out the evaluation)
Name and signature of the person directing (contract administrator/Risk Prevention Advisor/Supervisor of the company to which he/she belongs)
Name, ID, company and signature of the person who performs Self-induction.
The induction and evaluation register must be sent to the responsible Softys or uploaded to the KSEC platform.
