Add-On Services
Everything is calculated in time. Therefore, there is nothing we can’t do for you!
Add-on services include: dishes, interior windows, blinds, under and behind furniture, inside appliances, inside cabinets, inside fridge and freezer, oven, inside/outside cabinets, hand wiping baseboards, doors, fans, trims, inside couch cleaned of debris, vacuuming of couches or upholstery, lanais, entry ways, doors and door frames, walls, cluttered areas cleaned, and removal of items on shelves to be wiped.
If an add-on service/s is needed, it is required that you let the Operating Manager know prior to your scheduled cleaning day. Depending on the add-on service/s, it is not a guarantee that they may be completed if requested the day cleaning services are being performed due to timing purposes.
Our Rates
We always give an in person quote prior because we do take into consideration the level of cleanliness on the very first clean as some jobs have been extremely extensive in the past. For example, mold in showers, excessive amounts of pet hair, caked on food stains on cabinets etc.
There will be an INITIAL cleaning fee in the amount of $25 for all first time jobs completed.
There is a $25 fee for any pet cleaning. This includes vacuuming of couches, upholstery, curtains, or any pet products including cat litter, food trays, dog beds, etc.
We accept multiple sources of payment including cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, or our “Pay Online” option on every invoice via email. Once a payment has been accepted, you will receive a receipt to the email address on file.
All payments are encouraged to be paid on the day of the clean. After 7 days of not receiving a payment, cleaning services will be suspended until payment has been met. After 10 days of not receiving payment a $50 late fee will be applied to the original bill. Once all payments have been met, cleaning services may resume.
