Coach Pay
Hours are due on the 15th and last day of each month.
Hours will be reviewed and approved.
Once approved, coaches will receive payment within 3 threes of the submission due date.
If there is a concern on validity of submission, payment will be completed after complete review by Leadership.
Bill.com is the sole method of payment.
An invite to bill.com will be sent to the coach once all paperwork is completed.
Coach will receive the email below. Invitation must be accepted within the week.
Coach will setup direct deposit.
ePayments will begin.
