We are pleased to announce a Hands-on Workshop on Epigenomics Workflows (Cut&Tag & ATAC-Seq).

The workshop is organized by the Center of Excellence in Epigenetics (COEE) team, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence (SNIoE), initiated by Prof. Sanjeev Galande, and sponsored by the Sun Pharma Science Foundation.

What makes this workshop particularly exciting is its fully hands-on format. Every participant will individually perform the experimental workflows themselves — not just attend lectures or demonstrations, but actively carry out the bench work from sample preparation to sequencing-ready library generation.

All experimental reagents, accommodation, and meals will be fully covered for selected participants. Travel support will not be provided.

Due to the intensive hands-on nature of the workshop, participation is limited to 25 trainees. We encourage interested participants to register early.

We look forward to welcoming students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scientists interested in learning modern epigenomics workflows through immersive laboratory training.
