Welcome to AI SOC Lab.

Our research investigates specialized hardware systems for next-generation computing. The work covers computer architecture, VLSI design, hardware–software co-design, and processing-in-memory architectures. We take a holistic, system-level approach to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability. Our current focus is the development of high-performance computing platforms designed to support future AI-driven applications.

• In-memory Processing Architecture

Our lab is currently recruiting highly motivated graduate students with a strong background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Students interested in AI processors, computer architecture, and VLSI design are particularly encouraged to apply.
