My research focuses on energy policy, land use planning, and equity. I examine how regulations and institutional arrangements shape where energy infrastructure is developed, how communities respond to development, and how its benefits and burdens are distributed.

My current work examines energy infrastructure siting, land use regulations, and patterns of energy access across different contexts. Through this research, I seek to understand how planning and policy decisions shape energy development and why their outcomes differ across communities.
