My research focuses on energy policy and equity. I examine how regulations and institutional arrangements shape where energy systems are developed, how communities respond and how benefits and burdens are distributed.

My current work studies both siting outcomes and patterns of energy access across contexts with the aim of understanding how energy systems are experienced in practice and why their impacts differ across communities.
