- 販売チャネルは、公式サイト、専用アプリ、旅行会社様、空港カウンター、台北駅カウンター、ホテル、ツアーデスク等。
- 乗車券の事前買取可能。QRコードデータをお渡し致します。乗車券の有効期間は1年間。
- 旅行会社様用の特別料金有り。
- ボリュームディスカウント有り。
- 乗車券料金は、台北市政府の認可制の為、公示運賃より高く販売する事はできません。

- 乗車券1枚に付きお一人様有効です。汚れや破損、乗車券の記載事項が塗り替えられている場合、乗車券を無効と見なします。
- 本券は紛失、盗難、破損等による再発行はいたしません。
- 乗車券のご利用は規定に準じ、所定の営業時間内でご利用頂けます。
- 身体障害者手帳をお持ちの方、65歳以上のお客様(台湾の方のみ)、12歳以下のお子様は証明書ご提示した上、半額で乗車券をご購入いただけます。大人の同伴者1名につき 6歳以下のお子さま2名まで無料でご乗車いただけますが、お席の用意はございません。
- 有効期限が過ぎた場合、払戻しは乗車券購入と同じ場所で行います。手数料NTD30を差し引いた額を払戻しいたします。

Ticket can be used as long as the QR code is recognizable by the machine, regardless of whether it is on paper ticket, a smartphone or a tablet.

1.The ticket can only be used by the individual owner.Tickets that are dirty,damaged or altered will be deemed invalid.
2.No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost,stolen or damaged.
3.The use of tickets refer to Ticket Rules & Restrictions. Tickets can be used only within the valid period.
4.Half prices are available for the person with Medicaid Disability Manual, travelers over age 65(citizens of Taiwan only),children under age 12 with showing the certificates. Children under age 6 accompanied by an adult can ride free on buses but no seats offered.
5.In the case of the expired ticket,refund will be made at the same location where the ticket was purchased. There is a transaction fee NTD$30 for processing a refund.
