*Due to high volume demands placed on the auditorium by the district, there will be NO "out-of district" use of the auditorium during the month of May.
*No "out-of-district" use of the auditorium will be scheduled during school hours (7:30am-3:30 PM). The auditorium is a scheduled classroom for students on Snowflake High School campus during the school day.
NOTE: It is important to remember that the auditorium is not always available just because there is nothing on the calendar. We use that time perparing for upcoming events, maintaining the facility, lights and sound equipment. Please be sure to schedule events in a timely manner so that we can prepare for it and provide the best possible experience for you and your patrons. Communication and preparation can improve rehearsal and performance experiences for everyone.
Scheduled times listed on the above calendar include setup and take down and do not necessarily include performance start times.
