The Saints Athletic programs has something for almost everyone - branch out and try a new sport, or perfect the one you've loved for years.

The tradition of mens sana in corpore sano — a sound mind in a sound body— is central to Palm Beach Christian Preparatory School. Every student is required to take part in the athletics program, which serves to develop strengths of both body and character.

Baltimore Ravens WR Willie Snead IV returned to Muskegon Heights on Saturday to host a free football camp. Campers participated in drills, flag football, 1 on 1's and got free food and t-shirts.
