Annual Meeting Schedule

There shall be four or more professional development seminars of the Organization each year held in conjunction with the business meetings. 

There shall be four or more business meetings of the Organization each year between the months of September and May.  

At all business meetings of the Organization, a quorum shall be 30 voting members in attendance. 

Notice will be given to the members no less than two weeks in advance of the first meeting and professional development seminar at which a tentative schedule for the balance of the meetings will be provided.
