Will campers be grouped by age?

Absolutely! Just let us know if there is a child your camper would like to work with. Many friends and siblings enroll together! Typically there are 2 to 3 instructors and campers are broken into groups by age. 

Where are you located and what is the refund policy?

We are located at 23645 Mercantile Road, Suite H, in Beachwood, easily accessible off Chagrin Boulevard. After you register, you will be emailed all the instructions for drop off, pick up, etc.!

Full refunds (less bank fees) can be requested by email until May 1st. After May 1st, refunds will be considered if there is a waiting list for your week(s). If the camp is not full, we are happy to move your registration to another week or hold a credit on your account. 

What if my child is only 5 or older than 12?

Rising kindergarten campers are welcome! Many 13-year-old campers love Snapology, and they are welcome, too! If you want to chat about whether Snapology is a good fit for your child, text Gina at 216.990.8988 to schedule a call.

Are your instructors certified teachers?

Many are! Those who are not certified are dedicated professionals committed to working with youth. All  have clear background checks and are experienced in the classroom.

Do you offer summer camps outside of your Discovery Center in Beachwood?

Yes! We will likely have programming at University School, Hathaway Brown, Ruffing Montessori, and at other locations.

My child doesn't know anyone or had a tough year at school. Will they be ok?

Our number #1 goal is your child's wellbeing while they are at Snapology. We are committed to helping kids develop friendships and create lasting memories. Many campers describe Snapology as their home away from home for the summer! 💚🧡 

Is there a sibling or summer discount? 

If you are enrolling 2 or more children for 2 or more weeks, or 1 child for 4 or more weeks, you can receive a coupon code for a discount if you email cleveland.snapology.com. Please put sibling or summer discount in the subject line!

Are there 1/2 and full-day camps? 

Yes! Extended care is included if you enroll for Morning Camp and Afternoon Camp in the same week. Drop off begins and 8:00 am and pick up ends at 4:45 pm for Full-Day Campers. 

Full-Day Campers should pack a lunch, snack, and water bottle. Lunch is 12:10 - 12:50 pm. Half-Day Campers should pack a small snack and bring a water bottle. All campers will have a cubby for their belongings for the week(s).
