S. M. Wilson & Co. hereby warrants that all work, in accordance with our Contract has been done in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications and the work installed will fulfill the requirements of those documents. We agree to repair or replace or cause to be repaired or replaced any or all work, which may prove to be defective during the warranty period. The warranty period shall be a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion, as required by the project documents.

S. M. Wilson & Co. will not be liable in any way for repairs or replacements resulting from lack of normal maintenance, improper usage, abuse, failure to properly protect materials, the acts of others or damages resulting from fire, floods, storms or other acts of God.
