Check out some of these to practice your sports skills. Remember to always provide yourself a safe area to practice and move. Safe movement includes:

  • giving yourself enough space to move safely

  • wearing comfortable clothes and proper shoes

  • wearing any safety equipment that goes with the activity such as helmets and protective gear
