I was born and raised in San Diego and graduated from Mount Carmel High School. I then moved to Los Angeles to attend CSU Northridge where I graduated with my degree in Liberal Studies and received my credentials. I have a Multiple Subject Credential and a Supplementary Credential in English. I've taught 5th grade at San Elijo for a year and a half and I am looking forward to my third year teaching 3rd!

Last October I married my husband Hugo, and we are now expecting the arrival of a baby boy in early September! Hugo and I love to travel and are huge sports fans. Hugo is a realtor with Windermere and helps take good care of our fur babies when I am busy grading! :)
