Fall Sports are just around the corner! If you are a 6th, 7th, or 8th grader at Double Peak, and are interested in participating in one of the three Fall Sports, please make sure to go through the clearance process. The Fall Sports include- Volleyball, Cross Country, and Flag Football.
We are going Paperless! Please fill out the following Clearance Form and provide all information to be cleared for any/ all 2026/27 DPS Athletic Team. Athletic Clearance requirements still include;
Read through the DPS Athletic handbook (Located in the Google Form)
Acknowledgment and agreeance with all handbook content (Located in the Google Form)
Emergency Contact Information (Located in the Google Form)
Physical Form Completed by Physician and either uploaded to Google Form or turned into Athletic Coordinators. (Located on the Google Form or Athletic Website)

Calling any and all interested student athletes! Double Peak provides a variety of SUNS athletic sports teams after school. This athletic environment is meant to strengthen a student's connection to school, staff and community while teaching some core values such as good sportsmanship, commitment, and responsibility. ALL students are encouraged to take part in our Fall, Winter, and Spring sports. Please look over the website for more information.
