Users may access the Document Hub through a secure login on their Google account using their university credentials/corporate email address.
2. What types of documents can I find on the Document Hub?
The Document Hub contains ISO documents from units, including operating procedures (OP), work instructions (WI), forms (FO), quality objective plans (QOPs), quality objective monitoring (QOM), risk registers (RR), the University’s strategic plans, and midyear and annual reports.
3. Can I search for specific documents within the Document Hub?
Yes. The Document Hub provides search functionality that allows users to quickly locate specific documents based on keywords, document codes, or categories.
4. How are documents organized within the Document Hub?
Documents are categorized into various types, such as operating procedures and work instructions, forms used in each unit, for easy navigation and access.
5. Is there a notification system to inform users about document updates?
No. Currently, the Document Hub does not include a notification system to inform users about document updates.
6. Are there any restrictions on who can access specific documents?
Yes. Only office heads and process owners who created the documents have access to files within the Document Hub. Viewing permissions may be requested from idqao@smu.edu.ph
7. Can I track the revision history of documents within the Document
Yes. The Document Hub keeps all file revisions/versions to allow users to view previous versions and changes over time.
8. Is technical support available for users experiencing issues with the Document Hub?
Yes. Technical support will be provided by IDQAO to assist users with any issues or questions regarding the Document Hub platform.
