Guidelines for Oral Presentation

1. Upon notification of acceptance via email, presenters are asked to prepare their presentation through PowerPoint slides that include the following: 

   1. Title,

   2. Author/s and Co-Authors' Name,

   3. Institutional Affiliation,

   4. Problems,

   5. Frameworks, 

   6. Methodology, 

   7. Findings, 

   8. Conclusions and recommendations

2. Kindly submit a copy of your PowerPoint presentation.

• Please use as email subject: name of presenter ICCS presentation (Christopher Allen Marquez_ICCS Presentation)

3. Each presentation should not be more than 15 minutes in length. Introductory remarks must be concise.

4. Do not prepare too many slides to ensure that each presenter covers the 15-minute allowance. A timekeeper will prompt you two minutes before your presentation ends. 

5. The moderator will begin each plenary session on time, so every presenter must be in the assigned room/venue.

6. The moderator/facilitator will do an open forum, and the rapporteur will provide a summary of all presentations at the end of the plenary session.
