1. INTRODUCTION
In the introductory section, set the stage by explaining why you conducted the study.
Begin with background information that describes the problem, then provide an overview of the state of knowledge on the topic. Then, justify the rationale for the investigation, highlighting the context of the locale;
Provide a clear and concise critical analysis that emphasizes the gaps, inconsistencies, or weaknesses in the current understanding of the subject. Highlight the significance of the current research by reviewing the existing literature, noting the similarities and differences between previous studies, and identifying the gaps that your investigation aims to address.
In the final paragraph, smoothly shift to discussing the objectives of your study, emphasizing how it aims to address the identified gaps. Ensure that your objectives are written in paragraph form, not as bullet points.
2. METHODOLOGY
This is written in one continuous paragraph (single space);
This section should provide a specific and technical description of the study design, locale, participants and sampling technique, instrumentation, data collection procedures, and data analysis procedures; some ethical considerations should be integrated in this part.
3. RESULTS and DISCUSSIONS
The results and discussion should not be separated into different subsections. Your results must be directly followed by your discussion;
All tables and figures should be clearly labelled with proper captions, and all notations and statistical abbreviations should be explained in a legend; When including tables and figures, they should be mentioned in the preceding paragraph/sentence just like the case of equations. Example: as shown in Table 1, …
This section also includes a general discussion of the study findings within the context of previous work;
Provide an overview of the implications of these findings and highlight the study limitations;
Include a discussion of the limitations of the study. This will allow readers to make a sound judgment about the study's internal validity. But also mention the strengths of the research, including its uniqueness.
5. CONCLUSION and RECOMMENDATIONS
This section should be precise and to the point. All conclusions should be specific and directly related to the study findings;
