Meet the Teacher

About Me!

As you now know, my name is Mrs. Cahley Rosengren and this is my tenth year teaching. However, this is only my third year here at St. Mary’s School. This will be my eighth year teaching second grade. Prior to St. Mary’s, I was teaching for District 13 in Rock Falls. I graduated from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana in 2013 and during my time there I was able to work in a lot of primary classrooms.

I grew up in the area and graduated from Newman Central Catholic High School. I reside in Rock Falls with my husband, Tyson, who farms in the area, and our two children, Harper and Jarrett. Aside from teaching, I enjoy reading, being with my family and friends, staying active, and coaching volleyball. I am the head volleyball coach here for 7th/8th grade.
