5th-8th Grade

This is a daily to-do list. It is wonderful - it has areas for what you want to do (play video games, watch TV), what you need to do (school work, chores, etc.) what you give permission for yourself to do (something special - craft, read extra long, etc.), and what self-care you will do that day (talk to friends on the phone, go for a walk, etc.). This will help you keep a healthy balance.

During this time, it is easy to focus on the negative. Try focusing on what you are grateful for and write it down every day. It is all about perspective - glass half empty or half full?

This is a chart where you can write down what is stressing you and then what helps relieve that stress.
