To provide the best possible experience for all players, we are striving to keep team rosters to a maximum of 10 players per team whenever possible. Smaller roster sizes help ensure that every player receives ample playing time, more opportunities to develop their skills, and a positive team experience throughout the season.
Once a division reaches its roster capacity, additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist. If your child is placed on the waitlist, please do not be discouraged—there is still a very good chance they will be placed on a team. We are often able to add teams when additional volunteer coaches step forward.
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach. Our program relies on volunteers, and your willingness to coach can make a tremendous difference by allowing more children to participate in St. Michael CYO Basketball.
