Welcome to St. Michael Livermore CYO Basketball!
Our program is dedicated to providing young athletes with an opportunity to develop their basketball skills and learn the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership. Through competition and community, we strive to create a positive experience for every player and family.
St. Michael CYO Basketball welcomes kids in grades 1–8 of all faiths and skill levels. Grades 1-2 play in our combined co-ed Little Eagles league where they practice on the same day they play once a week in Livermore. Grades 3-8 practice in Livermore and play at various locations throughout the Tri-Valley.
Registration opens on August 4th, 2026 and ends September 3rd, 2026.

Team Placement & Player Movement
Teams are formed with the goal of creating competitive balance and a positive experience for all players.
Team placements are final once teams are announced. Player movement between teams is not permitted after placement.
Registration fees are non-refundable once team placements have been announced.
This structure helps ensure fairness across the league while allowing us to effectively manage gym space, staffing, and league logistics.
*Grades 4th–8th: If more than two teams are formed at a grade level, evaluations may be held to determine placement on an “upper league” team. Players must participate in evaluations to be considered for an upper league team.
