Player Expectations
Players are expected to be at every practice
Communicate with head coach when unable to attend for any reason
Players must attend school for over half the day to attend practice or play in a game. Exceptions will be made for certain instances but will be made on a case by case basis.
Players are expected to be on time, the earlier the better.
3 Unexcused absences will result in dismissal from the team.
If injured, players are expected to be at practice and support their teammates in any way possible.
No Player shall participate in practice after an injury until Haley, our trainer, has cleared them.
Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship on or off the field (win or lose).
Players are expected to pick up after themselves when practice/game has finished. (Coaches are NOT responsible for picking up after the players.)
Foul language will NOT be tolerated on the football field.
Players must maintain good grades in school. Student/Athlete.

Parent/Guardian Expectations
Focus on the process not the result
Respect the coaches, officials and fellow parents/guardians
Maintain a positive attitude-encourage good sportsmanship at all times
Communicate planned absences with the head coach
Email head coach with any questions or concerns. Do not text concerns about playing time or any type of game decisions. Texts about playing time or game decisions will not be responded to.
Maintain a respectful tone when communicating with coaches.
Refrain from coaching from the sideline. Please do not be standing by the turf during practices. You may watch from the parking lot if you so choose.
Let your player play. Let them know it is okay to give their all and fail. Teach perseverance.
If you would like to have a meeting with the coaches, the player must know about it and be present at the meeting.
