Math Class Expectations – Mrs. Cordell
ALL WORK IS POSTED ON GOOGLE CLASSROOM
A one inch binder with 4 dividers is needed for Math
1. All work is completed on looseleaf unless I tell you that you may do the work in your workbook.
2. You are expected to have looseleaf, pencils, and a red pen/pencil with you in class every day. All Math work is completed in PENCIL.
3. All work is done two problems across, two lines skipped in between problems.
4. Numbers sit on their own line.
5. ALL work is shown and is written by you.
6. Work is checked with a red pen. If the problem is incorrect, the correct way to work the problem is written down.
7. Homework is given every night.
8. Homework is checked (and sometimes collected) daily to see that:
· All work is shown
· It is complete
· It is checked with a red pen and the correct way to work a problem is shown if the problem was incorrect
9. Homework is given a score of 0 (if not completed) or 1 (work is complete with all work shown, checked with a red pen, and corrections made). IT IS NOT SCORED ON ALL PROBLEMS BEING CORRECT
10. Grades are based on (all assignments have equal weight):
