I will post asynchronous assignments here for K-2. Students will bring their completed assignment to the following class.
2 - Asynchronous assignment for second grade on 2/12/25. Students are to use warm and cool colors to create a heart mosaic drawing. All students received paper copies for this assignment.
First, watch the video about Alma Thomas and how to make a mosaic heart. Second, use the example to draw and color rectangles with warm or cool colors inside the heart. You may draw additional hearts or write a message. Third, the Alma Thomas mosaic page is for fun and does not have to be completed. Nothing needs to be submitted digitally. Please show completion of this activity by bringing the heart page to class next Wednesday for grading.
