Class overview
Students in Kindergarten to 8th grade will learn art through discovery, explorative activities, discussion, observation, and reflection. Art elements and design principles will be covered in scope and sequence in units. Students will learn drawing, painting, printmaking, three-dimensional design, clay, collage, and fibers.
About Mrs. Piotrowski
I graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication with a specialization in Advertising and Digital Media, and a minor in Studio Art.
I previously taught prekindergarten to 5th grade art for HCPS.
I graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Teaching and certification in Art (Prek to 12).
I am a wife and mother of two boys who attend St. Margaret School. I was inspired to become a teacher by my children.
