In honor of Respect Life Month, Holy Family invites everyone to join in praying the Rachel Rosary at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 2nd at Sacred Heart Church.
The Rachel Rosary is a modified rosary emphasizing prayer for victims of abortion and post-abortion syndrome. Afterward, everyone is invited to participate in the Annual Life Chain, an hour of public silent prayer for the unborn and vulnerable, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at the corner of West Johnson Street and North Peters Avenue.
As Holy Family ends its Season of Creation events, the parish will offer a Closing Mass on Monday, October 3rd at 7:00 PM at St. Mary's Church, 59 E. Merrill Ave., in anticipation of the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi on October 4th.
Women are invited to attend Hannah's Tears, a five-part series on hope and healing for women who are experiencing infertility or who have lost a child in the womb or as an infant. They will meet from 6:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursdays, October 6th to November 10th in the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church Basement, 705 North Michigan Avenue, North Fond du Lac.
Lederhosen? Check! Brats? Check! A great time? Check! With one week until Oktoberfest, Holy Family is ready to welcome you for a great celebration at Holy Family Church on Saturday, October 8th!
The festivities will begin at 4:00 PM at Holy Family Church with a Mass featuring readings and music in German and English. After, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, the Prayer Garden will turn into a festival with brats, German potato salad, desserts, tacos, nachos, corn, cocktails, and various drinks available for purchase.
As you listen to the music of Dorf Kapelle, you can also enjoy yard games, a petting zoo, balloon twister, face painting, an inflatable obstacle course, and great baskets in the basket raffle¬-including one with SMSA swag!
Children's Liturgy of the Word at St. Peter, Holy Family
Holy Family Catholic Community’s Children's Liturgy of the Word will now begin on October 9 at the 8:30 AM Sunday Mass at St. Peter.

The next group formation session for Holy Family Catholic Community Altar Servers is on Monday, October 10th at Holy Family Church. This is for all current, weekend altar servers at all Holy Family church sites to attend.
With the topic "Preparing for Mass," the session will start in the church at 6:00 PM followed by pizza afterward!
You can register your children for Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Communion through Holy Family Catholic Community until October 10th. If your child has entered second grade this school year, please remember that Sacramental Preparation is done through your local parish.

New Altar Server Training will take place on Saturday, October 15th for servers taking part in Holy Family Catholic Community Masses. This is for boys and girls in 4th grade or older that are interested in serving at the Mass their family attends on Saturdays or Sundays at any Holy Family church sites. Current altar servers that would like a refresher are also welcome to attend.
Please meet in the vesting sacristy at Holy Family church at 3:40 PM. You will attend and observe at the 4:00 PM Mass and then have an hour of training after Mass.
Join the Archdiocese of Milwaukee’s GailileeU from 7:00 to 8:30 PM on Thursday, October 20th at Holy Family Church, 271 Fourth Street Way, to learn more about how to find God in our daily lives and live out the Catholic social responsibility.

On October 21st and 22nd, Holy Family Church will host Dr. Mike Brummond, doctorate in Sacred Theology, as he explains the Liturgy of the Hours, the impact it can have on our spiritual life, and the practical tools to begin praying it. With tradition going back to early Christian times, the Liturgy of the Hours makes holy the whole course of the day and night by the praises of God.

All women are invited to celebrate the beauty of their Catholic faith at the annual Women of Christ Conference on Saturday, November 5th, at the Washington County Fair Park in West Bend.
The theme of this year’s conference, “A Time for Fearless Faith,” encourages women to rely on Christ – His truth, His love, His mercy - during these challenging times.

Are you ready to sing? Holy Family Children’s Choir rehearses every Thursday from 4:00 to 4:45 PM at Holy Family Church, September through May, and leads the singing for one Mass per month.
Children’s choir is open to kids in 2nd grade through 8th grade. No registration is required—simply show up to rehearsal on Thursdays and a Mass schedule will be provided to you.

Holy Family Catholic Community is looking for volunteers to run Children’s Liturgy of the Word at 10:00 AM at Holy Family, 8:30 AM at St. Peter, or 9:00 AM at Sacred Heart.
