No Cor Jesu in April

Due to the timing of Holy Week this year, Holy Family Catholic Community’s Cor Jesu will not take place in the month of April. It will return to its usual schedule on Thursday, May 4th at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church.

Safe Environment Week April 23rd-29th

The Archdiocese of Milwaukee recognizes April 23rd-29th as Safe Environment Awareness Week. Each year in the month of April, which is recognized around the country as Child Abuse Prevention Month, the Archdiocese dedicates a week to elevating the general awareness of the Church’s efforts to keep our children safe. 

The Archdiocese wants people to know that we are committed to maintaining safe environments in our parishes and schools through child abuse prevention training for adults; criminal background checks for all clergy, volunteers working with minors, and employees; safety training for children in each grade level; and adhering to all mandatory reporting requirement laws. 

This year join Holy Family Catholic Community as the parish marks its support for child abuse prevention by wearing the color blue on Monday, April 24th. Wearing blue helps remind us and encourages others to prevent child abuse and support healthy children and families.

South Shore Chorale's 50th Anniversary Concert

The South Shore Chorale's special 50th anniversary concert will be held the weekend of April 29th-30th at the Fond du Lac High School PAC! Read all about it in the South Shore Chorale's Spring Newsletter!

Faith Builders Club for Kids

Kids of all ages, particularly those in grades pre-K through 6th, are invited to join Holy Family Catholic Community after the 10:00 A.M. Mass at Holy Family Church on Sunday, April 30th for their fun Faith Builders Club for Kids! 

Children will enjoy a short mini lesson about our faith, which will include a video and a craft, while parents will enjoy refreshments!

Getting Ahead Program - Building Your Resources For a Better Life

The Getting Ahead Program will be starting a community class in January at the Sacred Heart Victory Center. This is a free 16 week program that meets on Monday afternoons.  A meal and child care is provided for those attending.
