"Why are we Catholic?"
This is a question that we ask ourselves throughout our lives. Why is it that we return to church week after week? What is it about Catholicism that speaks to us versus other religions?
Every Monday through February 6th, Holy Family priests will share with you why they are Catholic in their new video series. Videos will be posted at 8:00 AM on Monday mornings on Holy Family’s Facebook page, YouTube Channel, and website.
Our Healing the Whole Person video series will take place on Thursdays from 7:00 PM -9:00 PM beginning Jan. 26th through March 30th at Holy Family Church and Hall
Facilitated by Jordan Skiff (skiffjordan@gmail.com/(608) 487-6612) and Sheila Skiff, this will be our second time offering this eight-week video series, offering Biblical and Catholic teaching on the wounds and sins that burden us, and how we can find freedom and healing in Christ. Feedback from our Spring 2022 offering was very positive, and we hope to reach more parishioners with this teaching.
Led by Fr. Bob Schuchts and Sr. Miriam James Heidland, the teaching is combined with personal journaling, Confession, intercessory prayer and Adoration to create a space for true healing to occur. In addition to the eight video sessions we plan to meet for two additional Thursdays for times of prayer, Confession and Stations of the Cross.
