COMFORTABLE, SUITABLE CLOTHES and CLOSED TOE SHOES.
You will need them for the workshop, there IS a dress code.
PACK LIGHTLY – ONE SMALL SUITCASE. We don’t have unlimited room.
Toiletries (shampoo, razor, toothbrush, eye drops, sunscreen, vitamins, hair dryer, Q-tips)
Prescription medications (and a note for the teachers describing them), aspirin, Dramamine
At least $250 food money (no meals are included other than a grab and go breakfast in the hotel)
Granola bars or the like for in the park (quick cheap food), and a refillable water bottle.
Food for in your room before we leave / late night snacks
New or nearly new tennis shoes. (Flip-flops are NOT going to cut it. Trust me. Go to Costco.)
Additional money for souvenirs
IPad, phones, chargers, batteries if needed, earbuds and SPARE earbuds
Swim suit and plastic bag to put it in (you do NOT want to ride Grizzly River Rapids in jeans)
An umbrella or poncho if you are worried about rain (check the forecast Saturday night).
A coat/sweater/sweatshirt for the night – temperature will be in the low 50’s.
A shareable snack for the trip down – potluck airplane munchies!
Cell phone AND charger (or two), portable battery (they sell them in the park)
Wristwatch in case your phone dies (it happens every trip)
Messy snacks (sunflower seeds, etc.)
Juice and sodas (sticky if spilled) unless you want them for your hotel room
Any substance expressly forbidden by STMCHS (cigarettes, drugs, alcohol)
