Shall the following be adopted?

Shall Unified School District No. 400, McPherson County, Kansas (Smoky Valley), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $21,000,000, to pay the costs to construct, equip, furnish, repair, remodel and make additions to buildings and facilities used for school district purposes, including construction of a new agricultural facility, and all necessary improvements related thereto; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10101 et seq., K.S.A. 252018(f), K.S.A. 725457, and K.S.A. 725458 et seq.?

To vote in favor of any question submitted on this ballot, press the word “Yes” on the voting machine or completely darken the oval to the left of the word “Yes” on the paper ballot. 

To vote against it, press the word “No” on the voting machine or completely darken the oval to the left of the word “No” on the paper ballot.
