Registration and Enrollment info for USD 400
If at any point you have questions or concerns about registering and enrolling your student,
please contact the school office at 785-227-4254.
Please Note: You must complete the registration process for every student, even if they already have a schedule!
To Register your student in PowerSchool:
If you don't know your username or password, contact the school office at 785-227-4254 for assistance.
Note: Students and Parents that are new to the district will need to contact the school office for more information.
2. Once you're signed in, select the student you'd like to register from list at the top of the window.

3. Select 'Forms' from the left navigation menu.
4a. Click the form you'd like to complete and submit.
The forms required for your student's registration will be listed and may vary, based on the student's grade level. The form status is listed to the right of the form:
Not Started - No information has been entered for the form.
Started - Some information has been entered, but the 'Save For Later' button was selected and the form has NOT been submitted to the school office.
Pending Review - The form has been completed and submitted to the review process for the school office. Once approved, the status will be changed to Submitted.
Submitted - The form has been submitted and accepted by the school office.
4b. Complete the form and select either 'Save for Later' or 'Submit'.
Proceed to the next form in the list at the top of the screen, or click the 'Forms' button in the left navigation menu to see the list of forms available.
5. Once all forms have been Submitted or Pending Review for this student, complete the registration process for the other students at the top of the window.
