Santa Monica Youth Resource Team works with identified at-risk Santa Monica youth, ages 16-24, to help them and their families address issues ranging from basic needs to housing, mental health, and educational/vocational services. Pico Partnership program is a joint partnership between Santa Monica College and the City of Santa Monica.
